Biographical Note
Sameer Srivastava is a second-year doctoral student in the Organizational Behavior program. He received an AB magna cum laude in Economics from Harvard College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Prior to joining the doctoral program, Sameer was a partner at a management consulting firm, where he specialized in organization design and change. Sameer’s research interests include social network formation and evolution in organizations, economic sociology, and the interplay between intra-organizational mobility on patterns of stratification.
