Erin Reid

Graduate Student in Organizational Behavior / Sociology

Biographical Note

Erin Reid is a student in the doctoral program in Organizational Behavior and Sociology. She holds a B.Comm. from McMaster University, and a M.Sc. in Organizational Behavior from Queen's University, where her master's research focused on gender and leadership. After completing her M.Sc., Erin worked for Canada's Department of Human Resources and Social Development, on federal-provincial education strategies. Her doctoral studies are supported by a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council fellowship.
